NDIS Participants

Pricing Guide
All NDIS prices are set and reviewed by the NDIA and changed at the beginning of each new Financial Year.
NDIS Travel Allowance: If a HandyBelle or HandyBeau come to your job from another client,
we are entitled by the NDIS to charge a .5 of an hour allowance to cover our Provider Travel Costs
($25.91 if it is a cleaning job we are coming to and $31.09 if it is a Community Participation or Transport job we are coming to).

Cleaning: $51.81/hr
(We come with everything we need)

Weekly, fortnightly or months cleaning

Spring Clean - a one-off service where one or two HandyBelles will come and do a deep clean of your home

Windows - recommended every 6 months

Minimum 2 hour service

Ovens tend to take 1 hour - $51.81/oven clean
Art and MusicTherapy
$193.99/hr for an Individual Session and $60/hr for a group session
Creativity is great for your mental health and art is a powerful way to externalise feelings, emotions and sensations.
Music and Art therapy are recommended for people of all ages experiencing trauma, changes in life, loss, illness or disabilities causing distress to the individual, their family or carers.
We offer individual art therapy sessions and group sessions facilitated by qualified art therapists and professional members of ANZACATA.​

*Our Children’s Drawing Club is not a therapy group but it encompasses principles of art therapy such as wellbeing, self expression, containment and a safe space to experiment and process.

Transport: $62.17hr

NDIS Participants can use their NDIS funds to book a HandyBelle to drive them to appointments, functions and community activities that are a part of their NDIS plan goals and aims

HandyBelles can put a wheelchair in the boot for you but they are not qualified to lift you. You must be able to walk to the car and seat yourself in the car

The HandyBelle will wait for your appointment to end and then drive you home

You are charged at the normal HandyBelles Transport rate of $62.17

(The NDIS does not set a rate for this service. It must be discussed between the participant and the provider and agreed upon in their signed Service Agreement)

We also charge a .97c/km rate (as suggested by the NDIS)
Community Participation
There are a number of variables according to what day of the week the care is provided:

Weekdays - $62.17
Saturdays - $87.51
Sundays - $112.85
Public Holidays $138.20
Provider Travel - .97c/km travelled in the Carer's car.

Level 1 Community Participation does not include administering medication, assistance with bathing, dressing and personal grooming.
Art Club Pricing

Group Classes (not therapy)
For Group classes (not therapy) fees will be paid up front for a 10 week block at the start of each NSW State School Term.

Group NDIS Art Therapy
For NDIS Participants, the fees will be invoiced to the Participant, NDIA Portal or Plan Manager weekly after each session.

Community Group Art
Kids Group Classes (not NDIS)
$33.50/hr plus GST (up to ten people) Classes are 1.5 hrs long.
Each extra child from the same family pays $5 less again.
Senior's Group - (Non NDIS)
$30/hr plus GST
NDIS Art Therapy/Music Therapy

Private individual NDIS Art/Music Therapy
$193.99/hr (no GST)
Group NDIS Art/Music Therapy
$60/hr (no GST) (up to 6 people). Art Classes are 1.5hrs long and Music Group sessions are 1 hr long.

HandyBelles Commitment to Clients
Each HandyBelles and HandyBeau must complete the NDIS Workers Module and have the NDIS Workers Screening Check before they start working with us to ensure they understand the NDIS Code of Conduct.

HandyBelles takes these responsibilities very seriously and has acted on breaches of the NDIS Code of Conduct in the past. Each of our employees has a current Working With Children Check, NDISWSC and Police Check. We have a ‘zero-tolerance’ policy regarding this kind of misconduct.
