After migrating to Australia, Dinesh and his wife, Dr. Ronali Perera, have committed their careers to providing person-centered care to the vulnerable and elderly in the broader community. Dr. Ronali Perera – Director Health Care and Special Needs
Dr. Ronali served on the Sri Lankan Medical Council and worked as a General Practitioner in Sri Lanka before migrating to Australia. With a rich and diverse background in public service, she was instrumental in leading the medical team that provided healthcare to the defense forces during the height of the conflict in Sri Lanka.
She currently works as a General Practitioner in NSW, managing diverse specialties and nursing home care needs. She also served as a Medical Officer in Emergency Medicine at Campbelltown Hospital.

A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Chris has served on the board of the Multicultural Council of Tasmania, successfully working with CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities to help them achieve their goals. After a successful 20-year career in Sales and Marketing and a rich background in business development, Chris has turned his focus to giving back to the community.
Having grown up in Sri Lanka during the Civil War, Chris understands the struggles and challenges people face and has transitioned his career to helping the vulnerable and elderly live with the independence they deserve

Joseph Perera is a professional accountant with over 30 years of experience in successful business financial management within the corporate sector. He is currently focused on providing accounting and taxation compliance services to SMEs. Widely recognized in both corporate and small business circles as a trusted business adviser, Joseph offers innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of his clients.
He serves as a director, and adviser for HandyBelles Services Pty Ltd, providing essential financial and compliance guidance to the company.
Alison Devries
Experienced Business Analyst with a diverse background in Chemistry and Business. Born and raised in South Africa, she holds an Honours Science Degree in Chemistry and a Business Degree in Systems Analysis and Design. Her professional journey began with over a decade of R&D experience in the Chemical Industry, followed by a successful transition into Business Analysis and Development within the Banking sector. Currently, she leverages her analytical skills and industry expertise as a Systems Analyst and Assistant to the Operations Manager at HandyBelles.
